At Sign Post Install LLC we want you to be happy and have set out the following cancellation and refund policy for you. There may be times where you place an order and need to cancel the request.

BEFORE SERVICE COMPLETION
If you cancel your order prior to completion we offer a 100% refund. You can choose either a full refund to the credit card you used or elect to have a store credit for later use.

Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, Subject Line: Cancellation/Refund Requested

No refunds can be made for installations that have been completed.
